Step 3: Eliminate All Industrialized Oils
It’s not your fault you may think industrialized oils like corn, soy, canola and vegetable oil are good for you. It’s easy to believe with all the deceptive labeling and marketing that goes into these oils. These oils being healthy are far from the truth. The way they are processed, the fact that the omega-6 fatty acids are way out of proportion to the omega-3 fatty acids and the reality that most of them are genetically modified are the main problems with these man-made oils.
In this weeks video, I discuss into a little more detail as to why you should eliminate all industrialized oils from your pantry. Take a look:
